Shipping policy

How long it takes

Two clocks run on every order: production, then transit.

Production takes 2 to 7 business days. Your item is printed and quality-checked before it ships. Shipping then takes 2 to 5 business days within the United States.

That means most orders arrive within 4 to 12 business days total. Holidays and peak seasons run longer, and we will say so on the site when they do.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the U.S. and want something from the shop, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as your package leaves the facility. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show activity after it is issued.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what is in your cart. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Split shipments

If your order includes items produced in different facilities, they may arrive separately at no extra cost to you. You will get tracking for each shipment.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as entered. Please double-check it. Packages returned for an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
