This store is operated by Corbell Studios, a sole proprietorship located at 2912 Canyon Oaks Ct, Norman, OK 73071. The words we, us, and our refer to Corbell Studios.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and pricing

We do our best to display our products and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen shows them exactly as they print. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund. We may limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. Items are produced after you order. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, images, and text on this site are the property of Corbell Studios and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you the physical item. It does not transfer any rights to the artwork on it. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission. This includes commercial use of digital downloads.

Original artwork and commissioned pieces are governed by the separate agreement provided at the time of purchase.

Custom commissions

Commission terms, including deposit, timeline, revisions, and usage rights, are set out in a separate commission agreement and are not covered by these terms.

Your conduct

Do not use this site to break the law, transmit malicious code, harass anyone, scrape our content, or interfere with the site's operation.

Third-party services

This store relies on third parties including Shopify and Printify. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, and their own terms apply to their services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
